Late second dinner= Lucky charms,I’ve been packin some food in,but definitely would be able to shovel in more if I could smoke a joint…

Regardless… any form of muscle ups puts you in a very small percentile.

I’ve only seen (with my eyes in person) one dude that can do them.
 
Im gonna go with the idea that I’m not gonna be clean very long because I am not stopping smoking weed when I return home,and in the essence keeping things transparent I told the rehab/PTSD people that I am not quitting weed.
 
I like to do deadlifts at the end of my back routine. I don’t do anything crazy as far as weight goes but I can feel the muscles more doing it this way. I primarily use the trap bar when I do
 
That’s called California sober. I have plenty of friends like that
