October 5th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 plain bagel,chobani, banana,coffee and water.Lunch will be two cans a tuna, grapes, 🍇,water.Dinner I’m not sure about my daughter’s coming over so whatever she picks.Almost to the job.Today I’m grateful for my job I like what I do.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Having a team building cookout today at work. My buddy is bringing in Texas twinkies again. Stuffed jalapeños wrapped in bacon. Off the chain!!!

No training
 
Breakfast was two egg sandwiches with light mayonnaise on toast. 2 eggs per sandwich. 20 oz of coffee. 2 pints of chocolate milk and a pack of Nutter Butters for snack. Lunch was a pound of turkey and some baked sour cream and onion chips. Mountain Dew to drink. Back and Shoulders this evening after work.

Today I changed my preworkout from Anadrol and Cialis to winstrol, Turinabol, and Cialis. I had a great delt and traps workout. The pump is great from both types of preworkout but the big difference is Anadrol makes me tired whereas winstrol gets me amped up. Tbol always feels good. I’ve had two protein/oat shakes so far.
 
That would be them and they are/were delicious. The dudes born and raised in Texas so they’re authentic. I ate too many of them. I’m still stuffed.
 
Another guy brought jumbalia sooooo Ive ate good today.

Just had a pulled pork sandwich and a bunch of real pork skins for supper.

I’m ruined
