Good morning all.i met someone,bar tender in the restaurant directly across the street from me,we have been on/off flirting with each other since the day I stepped foot in there a month ago.last night she wrote something down on a piece of paper, crumpled it up and threw it at me,I was like I’m not picking that shit up,she’s like,you might want to.Shes cute,and petite.I told her I’m not in a rush, I’m enjoying my solitude.We get along good.we shall see how things progress.No work today,breakfast was cinnamon frosted pop tarts, banana,4 turkey sausage,water.Not sure about lunch and dinner.Today I am grateful that I got to spend time with my daughter last night.No gym/tire flipping.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Today cottage cheese for breakfast and Chx salad for lunch. Probably have protein shake for dinner as wife want to fish right after work and son has away football game tonight. Older son already talking about Buffalo Wild Wings with younger son after game. I’ve been staying away from late evening /night eating so will see if I can resist and just have a salad or not. If anything it’ll be half dozen wings and salad at most. Leg day today.
 
Haven’t been to bdubs in forever. Points to anybody who can tell me what the third w stood for when it was bw3

Oh yeah,her number.Ive never had a female give me her number without asking.were gonna go out Sunday.Shes got some class…she’s also 10 years older then me…
