That’s a huge breakfast. I had the usual. Had physical and I think my doc is fucking nuts but I like her. She played with my junk so that always fun. Sending me for images of my thyroid so hopefully that’s normal

I had a big ass leg day today with two PRs on total volume. Then went to Detroit for uncles funeral. Then went to Roma’s Pizza (Formerly Vitos) which we always had on special occasions as kids so I made today my cheat day and had 8 slices of the awesome ass deep dish style super thick cheese loaded with toppings Roma’s Pizza. In the past I could only eat three slices of that stuff 4 tops with a belly ache. I just couldn’t stop I will probably regret it tomorrow!!
