Had a buddy who was overseas at war. Some shit happened explosive wise. The last thing he says he remembers was his Sergeant pulled him out of the rubble or something. Anyhow they charged him for his equipment damage after his term was up. Something about negligence of equipment. Threatened his ass with jail time unless it was paid off. And he paid it.

I guess a big question for me is when does the oath of protecting against domestic terrorism kick in?
