I usually de-load one week every 6-7 weeks. Still go to the gym just do 2-3 sets of super light weight and walk on the treadmill for 30 min to get the heart rate up and get the endorphins flowing.
Was planning on doing another 531 after max this next week but I may have to throw deload in there. Although sometimes I make max week defacto deliad and only go in for the main compound movement then fluff on arm work
