Union Ironworker for 40+ yrs. Local #86 Seattle. Retired in 2011. Started lifting iron for personal satisfaction and the intimidation factor in the penitentiary 15 yrs ago. Currently not lifting as frequently as before. Heart valve replacement 10/4/13. Just trying to stay fit and pretty. Using test and gh only. Sorta. I need to slim down to 180lbs. Get rid of my chest and be more flexible. This is my commitment to long life and health.

Well , I didn’t want the vacation. But I certainly needed it. Plus it got me into lifting. I will take you up on that “contact me anytime.” As far as bashing. The smallest guy in the corner might be the wrong one to bash. So I don’t do it either. I’m sure we’ll get along just fine. Just trying to learn the ropes here for now.
