PCT dosage questions

I looked up about every single article about PCT on here and I see that the agreed on pct is 100/100/50/50 clomid
40/40/20/20. Nolvadex

My question is what is the ideal way to take the 100mg a week, would it be in two 50mg doses and 2 25 mg doses or

What is the best based on everyone’s experience?

That’s a day not a week so 100 a day for two weeks split the dose

I would definitely split doses during pct mourn and night because clomiphene can give some bad side effects at high doses so splitting helps.
