Raw Cutlery Training Log (7 Weeks & 2 Days Till Hurricane Pro)

Good morning everyone, Im on eastern standard time in Florida, I hope everyone is having a good day today. :)
We have legs for training today.

Meal plan is as followed:

1800 calories per day and the only carbs are Rice at 100 grams and Cream Of Rice at 30 carbs per twice a day. So Im having 169 carbs per day at this point...

I feel good, not sluggish, joints don't hurt, no pains or anything, just focused and want to make 1st call out via open and win the Masters category.

HGH: 3 IU’s per night ( 5 days on, 2 days off)
Tren: 100 (MWF)
Winny: 200mg
Clenbuterol: 30 mcg

Sitting at 187lbs right now, so at this point I have to get a tad bit tigher but once we drop water, that should be no problem at all. Posing about 40 minutes per day as well.

Todays exercise were as followed:

Leg day!! I'm feeling good about where I am with the development of my legs. My glutes are striated and the vastus laterals, medialis, rectus femoris and the sartorius are all very visible clear and separated.
The hammies are all very separated, the long and short head the abductors are very visible at this point. I need glutes to be a little more striated but we're on the right track.

This is HGH is pretty fierce, I can literally see the difference in my physique. I also sleep DEEP, and I wake up refreshed not drained. My muscles are full and my recovery is bar-none.

This book will help others perform at the peak version of themselves. As it will give information on exercise and proper nutrition. The reader will feel their best both mentally and physically.

The book breaks down these areas to a scientific standpoint, not bro science, but the actual science of it.

It's just that the stair-master really brings out the striations in your glutes. This along with no carbs, higher reps to further push that water out and of course posing...

Trying to keep my mental health in check also, as it can get really bad when you start looking and don't feel the results are necessarily there like you want them to be. From there you begin to compare, and then it all blows up and you're second guessing why you're even doing the show.

So with that being said, I'm just trying to be positive...

Finally the glutes are coming in!! These last 2 weeks I’ll be focusing on the glutes, hammies and mid-lower back, as everything else is about there.

About to deplete for a couple days as far as carbs go and then load up big again before the show.

181lbs this morning :) CAP is 192, I’ll step on stage around 184-185 but tight and very hard.

HGH is so good, I feel full and I’m having really good deep sleeps.

Last injection of Test, Mast and Tren Monday.

Last injection of HGH will be most likely Thursday night.

I’ll keep you all posted, show day is about here!!
