So I was reviewing annual bloods I’ve had over the past several years. The latest being several months ago. I notice the GFR for kidney function changed from >90 to >60. Mine has been steady at 80-81 with normal creatinine. Any cause for concern? @NeuroRN
First. What’s your diet like? Second. Do you drink alcohol? Finally, did you do any type of workout 24 hours prior to blood work? That may answer a few of your drop questions. But I’m no doctor. But I did stay at a holiday inn once.
Seriously he’s absolutely right on the training heavy prior to labs. It took me years to figure that out. These days I just take a day off prior too labs.
Good diet, don’t always hit macros, but almost zero junk foods, sugars, no gluten. No alcohol for 30 days, minimal drinking for year prior to that, have drank healvily in the past tho
Sorry buddy! Am out on the mountain snowboarding. Poppy is exactly right. The higher the number here the better the flow through the nephron. You look good.
You showed up tweaking once!!! My god I could never have done that. I’d be restless constantly fig fitting with everything. That hilarious.
Saw a girl show up to the probation and parole office once. She kept brushing her shirt and pants with her hands and constantly organizing her purse. She wasn’t still for a second ever it was totally obvious.
My worst I did was two gs of Molly th e Saturday before and line of coke on way to labs that was the one with elevated liver enzymes. I also got pulled over by cop on way up for speeding got a warning you think that would have been a wake up call.
Dry January going strong 11 weeks no hard stuff may have a few beers Sunday or just wait till my boys are in super bowl. Weight loss is maybe too much too quick weak as guck today
Naw I hardly drink and don’t get drunk when I do anymore. If you asked that a few years ago I was a daily heavy drinker. Just can’t touch the uppers and I don’t like downers so drinks here and there and some psychedelics thrown in from time to time.
