Rotator Cuff Tendinitis: TB500 or BPC157?

I’ve had rotator cuff tendinitis in the past, doc gave me shot a couple of times. It’s back and looking to treat with BPC-157 or TB500

Which do you recommend? Thanks.

From what I’ve researched it would be best to do a combination of the 2 in smaller doses. I posted something for another guy on the board not too long ago explaining some things. Search the peptides and the thread should come up

Hi, new to the forum and thought I’d chime in here. Have you looked into PRP? Or A2M? I have had a tear in the supraspinatus tendon of my right shoulder for a year and change… yea, I was attempting the old “it’ll heal on its own” routine. Chiropractors. Massages. Float therapy…Finally got sick of it. Couldn’t train shoulders for like 6mo. Anyway. I just had the A2M shot done about 2 weeks ago. I’m hopeful it will heal the tendon completely in 6-8mo that said I’m one armed for a few weeks. Suppose to be back into decent shape after 6weeks but I’ll still keep things low and slow for the time being. Might be another option for ya. PRP is like $700 and the A2M was $1800(supposedly heals faster)

Cheers
