Well your doing better then my old man. He just said fuck it with his diabetes. He has the attitude of I’m gonna eat what I want when I want because I enjoy it and deserve it. Now he has all sorts of problems and is rendered useless in his own eyes. Going out from diabetes neglect is some aweful shit!!! I’m glad your doing it right brother
It’s quite normal to feel bloated from bed and bagels etc. I try not eat it too much. It’s just unpleasant feeling. Rice cakes are a better carb source for me. I don’t feel bloated after.
Just make sure you break up your protein evenly throughout that day. Instead of 100g of protein at once, personally I’d split that into to two servings.
Yup. Went to a meeting and they had food from a local church. Luckily there was this chicken chili that had lots of white meat so I ate clean. Cept for carbs I had rice in the form of a rice crispy treat lol.
Two weeks in. I think I’m looking leaner. Probably mostly from no alcohol and eating clean. Net gain over two weeks five pounds. Sitting at 250. Probably some water weight although I have cut down my sodium like @Bigmurph said and have been drinking a shit ton of water because of it.
