Yessir. Thanks for asking. I’ve been staying busy at the local mechanics. Keeps me out the house plus get free work my truck. I really need to start working pretty quick where I actually get paid. That is stressful.
 
Im glad to hear that you are doing well at your church people own businesses or the people might know of a job opening. I would start there even if its just side work. You do good on the side work you will eventually get yourself a full time gig. Its hard though brother because of the times but I believe that you got this I know if I can a good guy like you can brother
 
Leg day
My right leg is still much stronger then my left so I do mostly one legged exercises to try and balance the strength eventually hopefully. Otherwise my right leg does all the work.

Leg press quad single leg 4 sets 10
Leg press single calf raises 4 sets 10

Single leg extension 4 sets 10

Single seated leg curl 4 sets 12

Cable stiff legged dead’s 4 sets 10

Leg press one legged hammys 3 sets 10

Two legged calf raises 3 sets 20
 
Nice man yeah from a aesthetic standpoint doing isometric/ single limb work is great for symmetry. Trying to work on more of that myself at the moment. I like it, but it does make the workouts a bit longer for me but oh well, it’s worth it haha
 
It is more reps but I have noticed doing that verses two limbs simultaneously with heavier weight requires a little less rest between sets.
 
Indus very short rest last night as I was low weights high reps cause shit was still supper sore. Only thing felt fresh was traps so I crushed them at the end with sets of failure with 315 on shrugs no straps as well so grip was a factor but got to get that strentght up
 
I have noticed when I take the probiotics Revly, it helps with bloat from the carbs. But no matter what I take if I eat anything made with white or wheat flour(bread, noodles, bagels, anything) I still get bloat and feel tired afterwards. If I eat rice or sweet potatoes or fruits I don’t get this reaction at least not with the probiotic. @NeuroRN @Poppy
 
I believe you’re on to something…dialing yourself in. I haven’t had a bagel in years…2 slices of bread per month. I treat myself to a pbj once a month.
 
Just reading now @NeuroRN you don’t think he needs 350 or every one on general ?

I hear ya brother. My diabetes dictates my carb intake. It’s a dance…get in the right amount and kind so i can function and even excell but not too much so as my blood sugar is too high and i start loosing toes…feet…eyesight.
 
@John @Rusty at my age… I have no more aww sh!ts left. Thats why for the rest of my life I’ll be very calculating on what i stuff in my cake hole and what kind of enhancement protocol i do.

Don’t get me wrong, i do indulge on occasion but it’s on purpose and regulated. Sucks i know but i have unfinished business on this rock and another 20 good years.
