I am going to do two to three muscle groups per day
Today quads and calves
All reps require a semi explosive lift and a three second return for time under tension. They are giant sets and only allowed ten seconds between exercises per each set then a two minute rest period between sets. Should be enough weight that the last couple of exercises in the fourth set fail before eight reps. If I can reach all eight reps then add more weight next time.

Quads Set one 8 box step ups, 8 front squats, 8back lunges, 8 leg extensions, 8 goblet squats
Rest two minutes and repeat for a total of four sets
Calves set one 8 seated calf raises, 8 tibialis raises, 8 calf pushes on leg press, 8tibialis raises.
Rest two minutes then repeat for four sets total.
My quads have not been pushed like this in a long time. I feel DOMS setting in. LOVE IT!!!
