I was doing 120 on db shoulders for 8 not to long ago not sure now although getting them
Up is a bitch

If doing bench I lay down and use the momentum to keep them going backwards no problem. With shoulder presses I use my knee to push back the 90s(all I can do on shoulders.) Works pretty well.

Today’s workout. I felt week as fuck!!! Eating those 8 pieces of deep dish pizza definitely messed me up today!!! Any kind of carb with wheat makes me weak and I lose motivation.

Trainerize. My buddy is a trainer and he sets up my workouts for me through it then I complete them. It’s pretty awesome. It tracks PRs and total volume things like that.
