Thanks brother. @JLee A year ago my shoulders were so messed up I couldn’t strict press 65 pounds and they were clicking and in a tremendous amount of pain. My friend/trainer has been working them accessories hard and warm ups and stretching and today I was repping 135 on strict press with drop sets from there. Did three sets like that and shoulder feeling great!!! Never thought I’d be able to do that again. Loving it.

Thanks brothers!! Feeling good lately Cept last couple days. Yes @NeuroRN i can get bloods done now but will still take time to get stuff here then send out then wait results so I just figured wait for reg test and go with most likely scenarios for next couple weeks.

You can consult through them for trt also but it’s not mandatory you can just purchase blood work alone with no questions asked.

Not sure if you know but You can purchase any test you want for cheap through marek health And go directly to any lab Corp. the tests are much better then the home kits since it’s lab Corp.
