Damn right. It’s been 5+ years of consistent training and diet to get here! Ppl ask me what I did I always say “ate 5,000 cals a day for almost 4 years straight. Stopped partying and got serious about my goals” ahhhhh man that’s so much work! Yeahhhh that’s what I thought.
Love it bro. Helps me feel better about my goals. I’ve been at it hard for 1.5 years. If I keep at it could look like @NeuroRN in a couple more years. And it’s the hard ass work that separates us from the rest!!!

I hired a coach for my off season and prep. He has helped so much and he just had 4 clients on the Olympia stage last weekend.
I’ll be competing next year. - (not at the Olympia.)

Doing a two week abs challenge my trainer is forcing me to do. It looks easy when she does it but I couldn’t keep up. A third way through I was taking five second breaks that are not part of the program. Lol. Plus she is nice on the eyes so that helped. Kept me watching it.
Ya we twins now. @Dirtnasty Cept I’m the smaller twin. I feel the same. I like being leaner and have loose skin then chubby and tight skin. Clothes fit way better. I tried on one of those puffy coats yesterday in XL and it fit great and I didn’t look like the marshmallow man. I put on a large for the hell of it and was able to zip it up. I can’t ever remember being able to do that.
