I like gardening, killing elk and deer, lifting heavy things, tying my wife to the bed and leaving her in a puddle, Test/Deca cycles, and hot wives. Used to love the bottom of a bottle. Sober today.
Been in weight rooms for most of my life it seems. 2 degrees in exercise and the science around it. Life got busy awhile back. - injury, divorce, custody, jail, jail again, remarried…jail….- training lost its priority. Refocused and glad to be here at UG. Lots of fantastic information in these pages.
Currently working on regaining lost strength and adding a few #s. Disgusting how fast strength disappears at 40. 1000# club is close and the baseline I want to work from. PRs are a thing at 40, right…?
