Dammit that sucks. Why don’t they leave us alone and focus on serious dealers that are selling shit and pushing shut thats killing people. So many people dying from all the garbage street drugs out there and they are wasting time messing with people that just wanna better themselves. Shit they are legalized marijuana all over the country. If they legalize AAS then they can manage it better and make some tax money.

I really think that will be the next push, viz., to decriminalize steroids. Just think how unlikely it seemed 20 years ago that pot would not only be decriminalized, but affirmatively legal and regulated, as it probably will be across the entire country within the next 3-5 years.

I honestly don’t believe that America will legalize marijuana at the federal level. I believe that they will change the control status of schedule 1 to a schedule 2 or 3 possibly. I just don’t see them going farther than that unless it does actually end up in the hands of the people to be voted on and it will pass 70+%.

The states will continue to govern themselves I mean from the rockies west all states are legal and NY is going legal this week possibly. You also have Michigan even DC voted to legalize. There are more maine mass and so many now completely legal.

Being federally legal will be big. I wonder how that would work… let’s say for the sake of this discussion that all 50 states legalize marijuana. How can the feds prosecute anyone…except maybe “crossing state line”. Like a bar having bottles of booze without a state tax stamp. Or cigarettes being sold on black market… out of state.

If this happens there would most likely be dry counties just like with alchohol because you will still have around 30% of the population against it but crossing state lines shouldn’t be an issue unless an entire state decides that they won’t allow it then like with guns you can’t go through that state. The tax stamps could be big especially since you will have a fed tax and then a state tax but the responsibility of that would fall on the dispensary owner to collect and pay.

I love answering questions about this @Poppy ive honestly been fighting to legalize marijuana since I was 12-13yr old it helped me alot before I was diagnosed and was given the correct medication so I believe strongly in its medical use but I don’t care if they legalize it as long as there’s a medical marijuana program that works but the problem is cost its insane just like all other pharmaceuticals.

There’s a big thing that’s never discussed about this situation.
Guess who owns the patent for medication made from THC and CBD? The USA government does this is another reason I believe that they will create medical products before legalization. I believe that if they really see that its going to become legal there going to change the schedule to a medical controlled substance and with the govt holding the patents it will give them full control over the distribution of the medication.
The states then can still have legal marijuana but I guarantee that the government will start enforcement once they release their medical versions. They have already released Marinol synthetic THC it doesn’t work at all lol they released Sativia or something in the UK which is a spray of thc under the tongue sublingual.
Isreal, Canada, Portugal, almost everywhere in South America and EU are talking about this topic also its really moving fast.

I agree, use the man force for child trafficking. In this case, it seems they did a control delivery, filed for a warrant. Under the assumption that the house has steroids. Was a bad day for him. Prob just brewed some coffee , sat down , and knock knock.
