I skimmed a paper with i believe 2.5mg to 5mg daily. This is ok, but most things get so complicated. I tried skimming with AI and getting the lowdown on some other stuff as I really like addiction, chemical and others. Which includes sugar and having a stent or two, but going back to McDonalds or never starting cardio rehab. You seem to figure info out, im lucky that I have whats left of my brain.
