September 12 training and diet

Got up at 4 am. No time for breakfast had a egg and sausage biscuit from Mikky Ds. I know it’s bad. Start learning how to do underground splicing of copper today for phone company. Possible new contract with years of work. Pretty excited about it
 
Surprisingly enough an egg n sausage mcmufffin is not tooo terrible.

I treat myself every so often. Nutritionally speaking…way better than Waffle House anything.

Of course 10 years ago I could eat 3-4 egg n sausage Mc muffins…now just one.
 
4 eggs scrambled, 2 pieces of sausage, and fried potatoes with a Dew. Just finished my mass gainer shake. Probably going to change up my powders. My carbs have been staying in the 700-900 grams of carbs a day. Today is a push day.
 
Less carbs. I just need the extra protein. I dropped my carbs for 5 weeks. Just to make back up for it in the last 3 weeks. I’d like to keep my carbs between 400-600 grams per day.
 
Trained some back and bis earlier. Had waffles and egg whites for breakfast. Having a protein shake with strawberry and bananas now. Probably have some sort of bread with a couple of eggs and whites in a bit. Taking daughter to dentist in a bit and the sub shop next door makes a pretty good chicken Cobb salad. That will most likely be lunch.
