September 20th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.No gym. Breakfast was 4 turkey sausage,8 egg whites,banana,protein shake,water. About to leave for work,finishing the job today which= Pay Day so yay.not sure about lunch.dinner will be ahi steaks,risotto and a salad.Today i am grateful for the huge mental shit i took on my therapist this week,i needed it,i am also grateful for the camaraderie on this forum,it was my first forum ive ever been on and my last.Hope everyone has a great weekend.
 
So far I’ve had a cup of whites and a cup of 2% milk. Then more whites, 3 eggs, pepper jack cheese and 2 English muffins. Probably ground sirloin and rice for lunch. Training shoulders later. Butternut squash ravioli for dinner. Not sure what the protein will be.
 
Turkey and cheese this morning.

Light day on cardio so nothing yet. Knee is hurting a bit and don’t want injury to return. Will go into gym and focus on back today.

Waiting on chicken in a couple hours.
 
A whole…Cherry twizzler,living on the edge buddy…i dont want to reach the age where a cherry twizzler is the most adventure i have…no offense @Poppy
 
Conversation with doc 10 years ago or so….

Doc: you are extremely healthy and very well could see a healthy 100 years old if you get a handle on your blood sugar… if not you got about 20 miserable years left.

Me: can’t we meet somewhere in the middle?

Doc: not with blood sugar problems…you start with losing toes, then feet, then legs and vision… your organs start shutting down. You’ll basically take a few years of complete misery to die.

Me: youve got my attention.
 
Going to gym first time in two weeks energy isn’t really there but if I atleast get bench in I’ll have accomplished something. Well say three of 125 of tren ace daily and yeah I’m aweaty
