Not scheduled for training today. Maybe…maybe not

Todays breakfast spread

  • Yogurt parfait with blueberries and unsweetened applesauce
  • tomato, cucumber avocado salad with ranch seasoning
  • velveeta omelet with sautéed peppers and onions
  • coffee with almond milk and sugar free hazelnut sweetener
  • sugar free root beer

I married an excellent cook. I can bachelor “cook” and knew all the great restaurants in the local area. Cook like you…not so much.

For some reason I thought we had an ongoing recipe thread at one time. Great idea. You can start the “geeks cuisine” thread.

They have left over cake and fro yesterday and cupcakes In break room. But I will decline. I could probably eat one and be fine I’m actually probably in more of deficit than necessary right now
