Upped cals a bit starting g today so at just about 3400 for the day. Let’s see how that goes.
Gut is still not great. Hopefully a few more months on this gut protocol and I can start pushing more weight.
Taking an extra day off today since I did three nights in a row at FD. Just some cardio today
Diet and training have been spotty lately. Diet especially. Need the reel this shit back in and get back on track. Not going to lie, it’s been nice not tracking the food
