September 4th installment of diets and training

Good morning all.no work,walked to gym,tire flipped,3 5min intervals,it was like 48 degrees this am,it felt great ,cant wait for winter.
Breakfast was 8 HB egg whites,cinnamon n brown sugar poptarts,strawberries,4 turkey sausage,and im hungry again,which is a positive sign,my appetite has been low lately.Lunch will be a small baked chicken and i coat egg and do homemade breadcrumb on it,with a salad,cranberry juice.Not sure about dinner.Today i am extremely grateful for my the last week,i truly needed it for my brain.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
