So f’n frustrated.. bench sucks and won’t improve

So I spent years doing presses wrong, or overdoing them, and got to a place to where I could barely use my shoulders.
About a year ago, I changed gyms to one owned by a trainer, and he did some body tampering on my shoulder and legs/feet which made me able to actually do some presses again. The gym also has the kadillac bar and duffalo bar which help me a ton. That being said, I’ve been able to do bench presses again, most of the time without pain. But for some reason I cannot add weight. I can’t gain strength it seems, and it’s so f’n frustrating. I can’t even barely do 230 lbs.
I don’t know what to do, anybody have any advice? It doesn’t change from being on cycle or off cycle either. It’s always the same.

I can’t do machines, those always cause extreme pain, and just started lightweight with dumbbells again.
 
I had a minor tear in my right shoulder that kept me from increasing weight on bench or shoulder workouts for a long time I didn’t even know about.
 
I’ve seen people at gym with them but I like being raw on everything. I know it would be considered accessory like bands though. Hell I still haven’t used belt on squats yet

Belt just gives you something to brace against. So I’m not to worried about it really once I get a belt and use it lifts will
