Sitting at work tonight and just finished my last meal which was 6oz 99% FF turkey and trying to not puke. Just under 8 weeks till comp trying to hold it together.
That’s is all, carry on
 
I’m hungry as well may go to canteen and get honeybun later I forgot to pack my extra food abs only have my chicken and rice
 
That would be awesome, a honeybun. Had 2 pop tarts as my chest last night. Delicious
 
I eat like 4 packs a day I’m sick of them actually why I accidentally left at home. One day soon I’ll be in your shoes abs and hating being hungry
 
I can only imagine! I’m not a competitor but have gotten down to probably just under 9-10% quite a long time ago. I was definitely at very low energy and just felt like crap. I like to maintain somewhere between 10-13%. When I hit close to 10%, abs are clearly visible and defined, which is basically my ideal body comp, though as most here are, am always shooting to gain more size/strength.
