Good morning, had an account and lost login info!

Hope everyones doing well! Been training consistantly for four years, on and off for 13. Been through three passes in regards to experience. And have gone about as far as I care to naturally over the last four years. Cleaned up bodyfat over the last year and am looking to get involved in the community again. 194lbs and 5’11".

Part of my problem with growing is my job requires me to walk between five and seven miles each day(even though it is an office job lol) and that usually comes at a cost of 750-1000 calories according to the fitbit.
 
Welcome back lol. I’m in the same boat with my profession and I’m pretty much non stop all day. Ladders, stairs, catwalks, scaffolding etc. When it’s hot out, forget about it. People in my real life and on the board could tell you how intense I train and how OCD I am about my meals but I might be lucky to gain even 1/4lb a week.
 
@Ironside, and I am the same way. I eat the exact same foods, weighed out everyday. Used to, that idea seemed terrible to me but after doing it for such a long time - it drives me insane when something goes wrong.

I know for me, one of the biggest surprises was how little chicken is actually in a 100 gram serving.
 
Welcome bro glad to have you. And yes @Ironside is the most anal mofo I know lol I have to make this guy eat cheat meals 😂😂😂 love training him though he lets me know everything that’s going on.
 
@PHD, thanks for dropping in. I looked at your stuff a while back and plan to reach out to you in the fall for some reccomendations. Ive always wanted to do a BB show, and as far as I know, I wont be getting any younger - so I plan to hit my first next year.
 
Well I can’t help with age but the show prep for sure lol. Hell yea let’s do it. Ask @Ironside how I helped him since you both sound similar. Have a great one and any time you need advice hit me up

When I worked heavy labor jobs I would struggle with gaining weight but you can still get your macros in and hit it hard and grow.
What type of enhancement do you usually use?

@Bigmurph, glad to hear from you. I have been natural for four years now. Previously I enjoyed sust, test c/e and eq but did not venture beyond that. Exem for estr control. On my last hit, I seemed to have some estrogen issues with sust, so i will probably focus primarily on c/e and eq. Eq for me, while it didnt help gain strength, it did help in the size department as I could lift longer at a higher weight… better endurance in short.
