After talking with customer service they squared me away. I want to give a shout out to @roid1000 for making it happen. I appreciate all the time that went into that and look forward to the future of our interactions.
I got lucky on the customer service chat and connected with someone. Took a little while and once I did get in contact with them I had to prove to them I had been one of the first to reach out.
