My body does not change, homeostasis keeps it status quo…. Things just break more and more like my decrepit joints.. after 2 collapsed shoulder capsules in the last 2 years, I’m finally back to benching.. never thought I’d get excited to bench 160 lbs for my heavy sets 🙄. On top of that, I walked around the entire month of March with a dislocated knee cap and couldn’t figure out why my knee hurt so fucking bad… I’m 1 month in on GH which I started about 5 years earlier than originally planned, on top of my normal 50 mg NPP EOD and 300 mg test /wk. we’ll see how my fat responds

FYI, for anyone who was concerned, I am in fact still alive… just trying to figure shit out and find my new path

WELL EITHER WAY... It didn't matter I got fucked. Got two front struts and one wheel bearing replaced. Next project was the brakes as described above. Well, my front tires are about fucked and I need a new alignment. SO, now I have to get that done first because yes, the tires are that bad. Which I love because that's me pushing it on the brakes, prolonging shit . Was told alignment should be fine and honestly the car was not pulling and the steering wheel was still in the correct position so I had no way of telling until it was too late. SO there will be no gym for the next, I presume, 2 weeks. Bumming a ride to Walmart now for food. All in all this is my second set of tires and second alignment in a year. 400 tire job turned into a grand. Don't get me started on MY American brothers and sisters and those who ACTUALLY take pride in their work. All in all I'm in good spirits. Shit sucks plain and simple. I AM EXCITED to see your guy's progress through the next couple of months. Following everyone...,..
Probably ain't the exact thread To post on But since I did start the conversation here..... Alignment Monday. New tires come in Friday. Which means they probably won't slap them bad boys on the Monday following.( the earliest. )That'll put me back in the gym hopefully April 30th . Then those rotors pads and calipers will come soon afterwards I hope . I CAN NEVER STAY in the gym longer than 6 weeks in a row I swear. Was really strong the last couple weeks before the car issues . Just tired of set backs and looking to ramp up in May...
