Strange decrease in strength

You can’t serve two masters brother. Lift heavy stuff or work on your physique.

There’s a happy medium but only a handful can be real good at both.

Mario pudinowski… Ronnie coleman. There are others but those two come to mind right off.
 
Recomp should be possible, especially on gear. Certainly possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, just more of a slow grind.
 
Depends on bf. Below 20% it’s real hard to do both. At a very slow pace with the right gear definitely possible. I am noticing a slow fat loss and muscle gain at 18%ish bf but I’m running Tren.
