Strange decrease in strength

You can’t serve two masters brother. Lift heavy stuff or work on your physique.

There’s a happy medium but only a handful can be real good at both.

Mario pudinowski… Ronnie coleman. There are others but those two come to mind right off.
 
Depends on bf. Below 20% it’s real hard to do both. At a very slow pace with the right gear definitely possible. I am noticing a slow fat loss and muscle gain at 18%ish bf but I’m running Tren.
