I went from being happy 6 months ago to almost crossing to that 315lbs with my bench… had a solid 275lbs x 8 switched to keto dropped 50+lbs and now im struggling benching 225lbs. Muscle mass still seems to be the same… body fat lower. The only current bonus is im not feeling pain where my humorous was fractured. Fingers crossed when i get to my goal weight of 250 i can start getting my strength back.
