Subq vs IM injection

I’ve read mixed literature on efficacy of gh subq and Im and just want to know what you guys have to say about it.

It supposedly has to do with absorption rate. I can’t tell any difference tried both. I say it’s a personal preference

I say subq its meant to be subq unless it says IM so I would stick with the subq
