Sunday August 28th installment of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was crepes daughter ate 7 plain ones,I ate 7 homemade strawberry jam ones, protein shake blended with 1 tbl spoon Avacado oil 2 table spoons PB and a banana,coffee and water.Gonna go to my private gym and do chest and bis today,be home in time to watch baseball at 1340.Hope everyone enjoys their day.

Oats and egg whites. Toast with butter then again with Peanut butter. Yogurt and 2 chicken sausage. Pasta and sauce. Protein shake and a banana. Going out for Mediterranean food later. Never had it so hopefully it’s alright. Did train back and chest last night. No training today
 
Finally done with remodel for freind. Now she can sell that pos.

New floors windows doors lights
New bathroom and kitchen
Patched walls painted painted trim etc etc
6 weeks of hard work. Unfortunately am not a carpenter by trade so I am not as efficient as I am with electrical so doesn’t pay as well per hour but it helps. Happy to have the work

I hate doing flooring also. Teaching oldest step son how to do it. He’s pretty good at it this way I don’t have to be down there hours on end. He young so there it is
 
Even my wife knew no SEAL or SF is carrying a shotgun on a mission
 
I was curious about that also. I’ve been out so long I figured it may something they do now.
