Sunday funday- working dayshift sucks

Good morning brothers!

Been absent for a few days- working day shift is a whole different animal. Everyone is dramatic, there’s so much busy work, and I can’t eat all my food!

Had to switch to two meals being egg whites and oats!

At least I’m making good money, 13 weeks of this and I may be skinny as rail.

@rnmuscle you weren’t kidding about those administrators being up your ass on day shift. The exact opposite of weekend nights which is what I’ve worked for years now!

Anyway… what’s for breakfast? What’s getting done today? What’s not?

Any job that I have ever had where night shifts were available I would always volunteer for those shifts. Less bullshit, less people, and I don’t get much sleep anyways so it didn’t bother me.

Egg sandwich for breakfast with coffee. I can eat them everyday they’re so good. Working my part time job today. It’s fucking brutal delivering heavy packages all day. Arms and shoulders just ache throughout the day which makes it hard to go to the gym after lol. But my university opens back up for the new semester so I’ll be going back to my full time job normal schedule so only gotta suffer at the part timer on the weekend. Just in time since I start my cycle tomorrow

Sounds like Usps. More chiefs than indians. I got pulled off the street for two weeks last year and had to work in the office. I realized those supervisors do fuck all after the carriers leave in the morning. Fuck management. Having the standard egg whites whole wheat toast and coffee.
 
@NeuroRN at the plant i retired from…we had “professional meeting attendees” …complete overhead with no real definitive job. I would sit in the meetings and knew what everyone was “supposed” to be doing bit those folks had no tangible contribution. Hahaha walk around socializing with a notebook. That’s why i avoided 1st shift if at all possible.

I am having coffee. I’m trying the intermittent fasting for two weeks before I jump on my next cycle. I’d really like to get down to 230 before I start it but 235 is good wneough if that’s where I end up. Will see. My eating schedule is from noon until 8 pm. I did this yesterday and was very edgie between 10 am and noon hahahaha. Stay away from me during that time. Watching football and rest day for me.
Packers are hosting there first Championship game with Aaron Rodgers next week. Go Pack Go!!!
 
Good morning @NeuroRN my day will consist of, splitting wood, which will be my workout, smoking a joint or two, watching football hangin out with my flea-bags. Breakfast I had 7 hard boiled eggs, minus the yolk,4 toast no butter, banana and bottle a water. Before I split my wood, I plan on making a protein shake which happens very rarely, and I will dump a few raw eggs in the shake.
