4 whole eggs, 1 cup diced potatoes cooked like home fries.
Had a good chest and back day w/ some gymnastics. Grocery shopping with the wife now I’ve got my fat ass parked on the couch. Cooking dinner for the Fam tonight. Chicken Sorrentino and g free pasta, homemade sauce

Getting close. Transferred to a quieter assignment. My Captain is pretty easy going amd the jr guys handle all the bs at work so not too bad. 8 years and I’m out

Tough job. My local guys come around every year (small town) for donations. I donate heavily…on going joke is I repeat my address several times. Hahaha those dudes show up ready for sure.

That’s smart, my wife everytime their on streets standing in middle of trafftic I will give what cash I have on me and donate I will start doin that, the fire n rescue won’t recognize me or my address, however most of the police do recognize me and address…
