Sunday morning leg survey

Never miss leg day. I train them every 4th day. Either front or back squat, some form of lunge or split squat, hip hinge, let curls +my oly
Lifts
 
Did some
Hang cleans the other day shoulder still not comfortable with rack position
 
Loosen up well with pvc or broom stick
 
Do the over and back with those everyday. It’s getting better May actually go see doctor when I’m finally on insurance
 
There’s a bunch I’ve better ones. Wish I knee how to post. Go on YouTube and search pvc warmups for cleans/ front rack
 
Once a week, i love legs. Only issue is what day i do them. Have to space a few days before i play hockey. To many young kids to keep up with to do both on the same day like I used to.
 
Damn @TBU thatsucks!!! I do legs at least one time per week if I ever skip a day it’s usually a leg day though. Probably cause Saturday is usually a leg day and some Saturdays I ended up fishing all day
 
Damnit man, good luck with your appointment! I had a lot of anxiety leading up to my hip appointment, are you experiencing that at all?

I squat twice a week and deadlift twice a week, although now it’s just box squats… squats used to be my favorite lift out of the Big 3, so much power generated out of the hips, and 600 lbs on your back tends to make people’s jaws drop in awe
