Sunday morning leg survey

Good morning Brothers and sisters. I was curious to how many people are faithful to leg day (At least once a week.)? I know a lot of people hate working them so I wanted to know who does or does not and how often.
As for myself, I hit them once a week minimum. If on a cycle I try for every 3 or 4 days.

I hate them until I’m doing them, and then I love them! It’s weird that way. But I make myself do them at least a couple times a week. Squat is my strongest lift by far, so when they go well, they are enthralling.

I hit legs a little on back day due to dead’s. Then Saturday is always leg day. Fee great today. Cursed at the hostess that seated my gf and I upstairs last night. Also had a young light skinned waitress with high cheekbone structure. So they fucked me all around I could walk and got shit for girl about checking out waitress which I made sure to say wasn’t attractive hahah.
 
Got it the fuck done yesterday. I am born again leg day guy. Actually really excited for it. It’s going to speed up my cut. Release more hgh and give me more lean mass to burn through calories. I’ve been reading articles like “ 10 reasons not to skip leg day”. I actually have tree trunk legs so they should build back up pretty quick.
 
Only machines right now. No squats. Have an appointment the 19th to figure out if I am going full knee Replacement or repair. Blew out my ACL/MCL/LCL. And my PCL partially torn. So there’s that going on…
 
Once you embrace leg day you become a better man for it. Hell the people at Ot gym even know if nightened from here cause they hear me cursing his name during my leg presses
 
Damn. I’m sorry to hear this about your knee. I have a similar situation with my left shoulder–only one rotator cuff left, the other three full-thickness tears and irreparable. I’m dreading the day when the shoulder gives way and has to be replaced altogether.
