Saturday morning pre-judging…quarter turns…quarters turns; the judges look for the biggest and leanest one with best SYMMETRY and muscle separation. I was a light weight 155 1/4 on the scale at weigh in…shredded…my focus was always symmetry: equal development of all body parts.
Today i have made up my mind that my pectorals can not be bigger than my character…my quadriceps should not be more attractive than my personality . In order to achieve equal development of all parts of my being i will take a few measurements:
1-Speak when:
A- Positive
B- Constructive
C- Necessary
2- I will not be moved : Opinions will not affect me, peoples actions will not affect me. It do not matter what people do around me i will remain peaceful and serene, courteous and kind.
3-My attitude…Today no matter what comes against I will remain positive and joyful. I must understand that i have no control of issues and circumstances beyond me ; but i have all the power to control my self…My attitude determines the outcome of the situation.
I pray for all my brothers that they will have a great day at work, bringing prosperity to their families, guiding them thru the path of honor and moral rectitude. God Bless you all.
