Well THAT I understand. I am much stronger at 235-40 than I am now at 224-225, but I don’t like the way I look or feel at the higher weight. But you look appropriately proportioned at your current weight, don’t be deluded about that.
I almost hit 250 and I just feel like a lumbering giant haha I def like lifting the heavier weights that possible at 245-250. I just don’t feel as good. At 225 I just felt healthier. So I’m gonna cut down to that over the next 20 weeks and then see what’s manageable to maintain. Probably 230 if I keep a steady strict diet.
Was planning on lifting. Took some cialis as pwo, and my wife actually came home early from running errands and I put the cialis to it’s proper use. Thankfully next month our schedules will be the same. This whole not seeing each other for days on end is bullshit.
