I think it’s been 17-18 days since I started DHB, starting to be warm when I’m asleep, and the vascularity is like when I’m ending a cycle of EQ but I’m just barely getting started!
Diet is 300 protein, 100 F, 250 carbs. So much turkey and tuna.
Still following RP physique. Had dial back some, 7 sets of everything is just too much haha.
Strength is good, and going up:
Bench- 315x13
Leg press: 675x8
Belt squat: 495x 10
Weight at the end of the day was 241lb.
