That’s about mine also. I shoot for < 125 on non training days…conditioning only. Chatting with my financial guy today and something a lot of folks don’t think about is cheap life insurance as you age. A high a1c will send the premiums thru the roof. I’m basically uninsurable…until I get my a1c a little lower.

Not sure about goals. I’m cutting until March. I’ve ran a lot of gear this year… I will be taking a break and doing my best to maintain.
Then my next cycle after that will be stenbolone and test. Which I’m very excited to try. I’ll eat high protein moderate carbs on that cycle and see what happens. Eventually I’d like to see how I feel at 250lbs… but that will only lead me to wanting 265. Haha
250 and I’d like to have to a XXXL shirt just once. It would look absurd on me but I wanna have to do it once.
