241lb today. Feel bloated as hell. Had some beer last night yuck I just feel puffy.
 
You look neither bloated nor 241 lbs., which means you are DENSE, and THAT is what you want. Keep it up, brother. You DO have great genetics. You could carry another 20-30 lbs. of muscle and still look trim ala Chris Bumstead.
