Had usual breakfast at O-dark thirty and had a bad munchies attack at 9ish. I ended up eating a whole cup of trail mix which is twice as much as usual. THAT gave me a belly ache. I just forced a small portion of oats in me but I don’t feel like eating.
I just scanned through my diet for the past 3 weeks or so. I would put the average daily calorie count at ~2100.
That’s very little sugar and fats coming (mostly) from peanut butter and egg yolks.
Protein at or above 200. Carbs at or below 150.
I don’t log veggies.
When the calories are high I feel unreasonably full. When they’re low I don’t feel unreasonably hungry. I’ve only been close to hypo once and that was on day 6 or 7 so it can wear off.
Hey bro. My A1C came back at 5.9. That’s .2 points above normal. So between that and my glucose being elevated hoping doc will prescribe me the metformin I asked for. She wanted to get an A1C before making a decision.
Ya. Been paying attention to most everything you say and there has been plenty of mention about how you ended up like you are now. So it’s helping folks being honest about stuff. Appreciate it. I would probably have blown it off myself I mean what 2 tenths of a point. Small stuff right!!! But hearing what your saying. I am gonna take it seriously.
