I know work makes it hard but I used to bring chunked chicken in a zip lock bag in my workbelt or pocket also tortilla stuffed with beans chicken cheese and wrap in tin foil and you can peel back so you don’t have to touch with dirty hands

First I’d ask, are you noticing any issues with the high Estrogen? Since your test levels are high that will marry along with those numbers. If you have noticed any sides from the estrogen I would start .25mg twice a week preferably the day after pinning. Run that 2 weeks and then get blood on estriol only to see where you are at. Then adjust accordingly. Looking lean as a fuck. Great work.
