Yes iv started it’s going pretty good and I’m on my meal plan I have set for this week and it’s been pretty good and just did legs today and my whole upper body Monday Wednesday is rest day and repeat
So in the morning I eat two waffles with peanut butter on it then I take my pre workout and go workout I eat a cup of overnight oats with a scoop of protein and a cup of milk and around 9 I eat two hard boiled eggs and for lunch I eat 7 oz of chicken with 1cup of Brown rice and one cup of broccoli then around 3 I eat a protein bar and for dinner I eat 7 oz of turkey 90 percent lean and 10 percent fat and a protein shake when I go to bed
