Water is good. You were probably dehydrated before. Most of the population walks around in a degree of dehydration.
 
A good whey isolate. Be careful with those mass gainers. Lots and lots of carbs. Make sure you’re not over doing it.
 
I’m not real up on all the protein powder brands… getting your protein from food is best. Tuna fish chicken beef pork turkey… just use the powder to fill in the holes.

I forgot egg whites. Buy them by the carton and drink them about a cup at a time. Hardboiled eggs are easy and delicious too. They make a good snack.
 
A good whey isolate. Check ingredients. You get what you pay for.

Casein before bed.

Tuna.
Chicken.
Turkey.
Eggs.
Egg whites.
Beef.
Bison.
Elk.
Salmon.
Shrimp.

Protein shakes as @Poppy stated… to fill in the gaps. I do one shake a day for sanity sake.
 
Honestly I drink a shake a day because it just feels cool and they’re pretty delicious.
 
I make a @johnjuanb1 protein and oat shake last night for work. I’ve been missing out. I did chocolate milk, coconut milk, chocolate protein powder, raw oats. Let it sit in the fridge. It was like a chocolate coconut cake shake.

I know I’m torturing you with my high carb shake but it was soooooo good.
 
Haha I always keep gummy bears and tuna packs with me. Work. Errands, gym. Preparation is so important. I found myself hungry while we were out and about and ending up eating shit food bc of lack of preparation and desperation.
 
I let my wife talk me into trying chocolate oat milk… 😫😫😫😫 it’s so good…. and I hate the Hippy Colorado person I’ve become. Soon I’ll quit wearing deodorant and have dreadlocks. 😂😂😂
