Top of the morning to you boys

So, I got up on the right side of bed this morning so I’m all happy and in a good mood and shit and I will enjoy it while it lasts, I have a half day a work,running all over getting materials for a new job to start tomorrow,and I’m by myself,more work yes, but I like flying solo…when I’m done, i will go home do back and probably throw in forearms while I’m at it, I’m already about 650 calories and I havent been up more then a hour,so it’s a good start,gonna eat a unhealthy second breakfast after i Ieave which will be a egg, cheese,ham,hash brown sandwich, with lots of pepper, yogurt and fruit on the side…how about you motherfuckers?

You guys are great.

I’m getting ready to finish and submit a big project this morning so that’s good. Squat day in gym in a bit. I feel great.

Breakfast #1 is the usual cold oatmeal dish with a cup of egg whites. I’ll have some peanut butter filled pretzel nuggets in an hour or so with more egg whites.
 
Damn I wish I had your metabolism! Jelly, jelly, jelly!

I’m finishing up my carton of egg whites (50g of protein, 250 calories) and am on my second cup of coffee. Light day for work, so headed to the big-boy gym for a solid two-hour back, shoulders, and bi workout. Will probably eat a full breakfast of eggs and bacon in a couple of hours, then oatmeal before the workout.
 
Sounds good, even though I hate oatmeal,I know a lot a dudes eat it on regular basis

I’m trying brother. I have my quarterly doctor appointment this Friday. Labs were last Saturday so we’ll see how my panel looks.

Basic principles “if it tastes great…spit it out…it aint no good for you” hahaha
 
It’s supposed to be a diabetic friendly concoction. It’s very tasty…
 
It’s a mix of plain omeal, honey, cream cheese, vanilla, coconut milk, greek yogurt, chia seeds…maybe that’s it. Mixed up in a big bowl. We portion it out into little tupperware cups. I get about 9 out of the mix.
 
Well I love cream cheese and love yogurt even more…I’ve liked yogurt since I was young, then I learned of its probiotic value, and the way I eat sometimes I need it,and usually I need it when running deca, it gives a little bit a bloat, on top of the food I eat
 
You would probably like this dish but with your caloric intake would eat 2 or 3 times what I eat. It would be easy. I can easily eat 3 of those cups in one sitting but don’t/can’t.
 
You can add fruit also…blueberries pineapple etc. i do not it was good just trying to cut back cals
