I know what your saying I have been kicked out of threee churches because I was honest about my addiction issues. Never shook my trust in the Almighty. Man will always let you down it’s just how we are but God never will. Bible talks about unfailing love. Well everyone I love has failed me at one point and I have done the same to them. But God and only God is capable of unfailing love. That’s why I need Him so much cause my cause is hopeless on my own.

Unfortunately god let’s millions of people down like the random kid that gets molested or killed or god bows what.

So sorry for your loss. I’ve dealt with it happening to friends, but the worst was my father. I can only state how all worked out for me. The pain will always be there but believe it or not it will get more manageable. A great therapist once explained to me the pain is similar to the visualization a box with a small ball bouncing around. On the side of one of the boxes is a pain button per se. Once the ball hits it, it is like it just happened. However, over time the ball slows down and hits the pain button lest frequently.
