Ok let’s see if anyone has any favorite workouts or movements that they like or that they have like a secret.

I’ll start off. Big Ben Pulaski shared this with a pro that I know. For biceps to open the muscle up for massive growth. Get on a pull down machine and put a handle on it. Do one arm above the head curls. This gives a major pump and really allows the bicep to grow by tearing down the fibers. Try this before your biceps workout.

This is a hard one. Not really special or something I can do all the time but when I had access to the Semi Truck and pulling that on uneven ground was the best thing I ever felt afterwards. Being able to do that once a week helped my overall lifts.

Im very old school and feel compound movements are the best. For example for legs squats leg press hack sqaut leg extensions and lunges really are best movements for quad development. Again say for chest and you can use DB or barbell but movements like flat incline decline pull over and dips /flyes are best to develop the chest . There really isn’t any secret except consistency and hard training .

Dude. Watching Ben paks training videos helped me IMMENSELY! Always making sure you are blasting the muscle and contracting at its shortest point. I’m always trying to think about that with each and every movement.

John Parrilo in the late 80s early nineties had this hole in the floor and you would put weights around waist hanging like if you added them for pullups or dips but you squat and can go low due to the hole… I always kept them in along with sissy squats on a hack machine. Most times I can use a beltand chain with a platform or 2 100s under each foot so u get a stretch. Feels like a front squat and really allows u to “sit” into your squat, great for hams and glites too. The hacks are very similar to the Tom platz pics of him bringing his ass off the pad and done in a tri set ending with static holds against the wall, really gets mys legs ripped and got the sartorius or the rope going down the inner thigh out. Those and anyone see the new TV commercial for the latest butt developer. What a genius invention. If you see it you’ll know what I mean😜

Just watched some Ben Paks stuff, good stuff. He gave advice I’ve never heard before, wasnt the typical recycled stuff you usually hear.

One I love you dont really see is using the below hammer strength row but instead of facing forward, I position myself sideways resting my left lat in padding using left arm to brace myself on left handle, grab right row handle and pull it across my body almost like youre pulling back a bow and arrow, the stretch and isolation is something I find hard to match on other movements. After completing just turn 180 degress and repeat for opposite lat.

Head out to Tampa sometime and check out Mi40, hopefully you’ll get to meet him while you’re there. Insane facility, the amount you learn in just one session is insane.

I met him when I did nationals few years ago. Very cool dude

Thanks for the pic, I thought you were talking about the close low row, I hate that one, only hammer piece I won’t use. Its the one you pull up, limited, like a shrug.
